These prices include the first hour of work 
  • Call Outs from 0900 - 2000 hrs Mon - Fri.         £100
  • Call Outs, out of hours (incl. Bank Holidays)  £145

Hourly Rates ( General plumbing )
  • First hour.                                       £85
  • 0900 - 1700 hrs Mon - Sat           £65 / hour
  • Out of hours (incl. Bank Holidays).  £72.00 / hour

  hourly rate ( Apprentice ) 
  • First year Apprentice £15/hr (accompanied by a qualified engineer).
  • Second year Apprentice £23/hr  

hourly rates ( oil engineer )
  • First hour £95
  • 0900-1700 hrs Mon - Sat £65
  • Out of hours (incl. bank holidays) £80

call outs ( oil engineer )
  • Call Outs from 0900 - 2000 £120
  • Call outs, out of hours (incl. bank holidays)  £160

All prices DO NOT include VAT

Terms of business

  • 1 hour minimum charge on hourly rate work
  • Payment must be made in full on receipt of the invoice by credit / debit card
  • Cash can be paid directly to the engineer
  • Materials are charged at trade price including VAT plus a 20% markup
  • We do not surcharge for credit card payments
  •  Material collection of non stock items is kept to a minimum and will not exceed 1 hour of the current hourly rate
